Your Presence is Real

We gather as one community of faith

We pray together and you fill us with your grace

You are not only in heaven far above

But You are right here in this Sacrament of love

More than a symbol, Your presence is real

More than just bread and wine in this sacred meal

As one body, we receive You; Your grace is revealed

Jesus, Your presence is real

We celebrate in the union of these two

Your power will help them to keep commitments true
